When should I book my wedding date?
Clients traditionally book their day 6-12 months in advance after their date is confirmed. There is a non refundable $90 deposit required in order to reserve your date. This will be deducted from your balance the day of the wedding. The remaining Balance will be due 1 week prior to the wedding date.
Do I need a Trial Session?
To ensure your desired look on your wedding day, a ‘Trial Session’ is recommended.
Tell me about your wedding dress, your flowers and décor, and how you usually wear your hair and makeup for a special occasion. I listen and guide you toward the style that suits you best. Throughout the trial, I will take detailed notes and photos so that when your wedding day comes, I am fully prepared and ready to recreate the look. To best design your wedding day look, bring what you like to the trial session. ( photos of inspiration, accessories, colors, photo of your wedding dress) If you’re trialing both hair and makeup, allow 2½ hours. For portfolio work there will be a 'before & after' photo taken.
*When booking the trial session please include wedding date to check availability. After the trial session there is a three day deciding period, after that the date opens up again.
What brand of products do you use?
All of the products used are of the best quality. I mix and match all brands such as MAC, Smashbox, Laura Mercier, Urban Decay, NARS, Temptu, Too Faced, RCMA, Makeup Forever,Bobbi Brown, Benefit, Ben Nye, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Oribe, R&Co, Kenra, Davines, Sexy Hair, and many others (I am constantly trying what is new!) .
What time should me and my bridal party be ready by?
Let’s keep your day running smoothly by allowing me to help you plan your wedding day time frame. I will need to know the number in your party, along with the hair and/or makeup services they desire and the time everyone needs to be ready. Include all of this information on the “Save the Date form”. If you are uncertain of when you should be ready by, touch base with your photographer as they will have a pretty good idea of how the day should run.
Do you stay for touch-ups after the ceremony?
If you would like me to stay for touch-ups I'm happy to do so. I will make sure your hair and makeup remain perfect through out the day. I will also take out your veil and even change your style if you want. This time needs to be reserved in advance. An additional fee does apply.
What forms of payment are acceptable?
I accept cash and Venmo preferred and all major credit cards (+2.75% tax on cards). Your hair and makeup trial is cash only, and your deposit is by credit card only.
How do I secure my wedding date with you?
In order to reserve your wedding with me, a signed contract and deposit are required. A contract will be emailed to you through Right Signature and there is a secure tab at the end to make your deposit payment.
